Right at the heart of the Château de Chantilly, beneath the historic vaulted ceilings of François Vatel’s kitchen, la Capitainerie offers you family dining, and caters for weddings and other receptions.

Open all year round (closed in the evening to individual diners).

In the peace and quiet of the grounds, right inside the model village called “Le Hameau” you can relax and savour the local dishes and fruit topped with Chantilly cream, in the place where Crème Chantilly was invented.

Family meals, parties, cocktail parties, wedding receptions, business breakfasts, group receptions in the Prince de Condé’s summer dining room.
