Access conditions
The reading room is accessible to persons conducting researches related to the historic funds. Reasons may be professional, personal, or for study purposes, and must be authorized by the library and archives' curator.
The access should be scheduled, asked by email, phone, fax or postal mail.

Opening days and hours
The reading room is open from Monday to Friday except on Tuesday (except on bank holidays) from 9:15am to 5:00pm without interruption.
No annual closure.
Readers registration
Access to the library is free.
For the first registration, a valid ID document is required.
Consultation of the documents
The documents are available on site exclusively.
Opening hours for consultation: 9:15am - 12:00pm 1:00pm - 4:30pm.
Consultation of certain documents may be refused by the officer due to its poor condition or very fragile state.
Only the classified and quotated collections are available.
